Refunds are only provided under these clear conditions:

  • If no earlier test becomes available within your selected date range.
  • Refunds can only be requested after your date range ends.
  • If we have sent even one earlier alert within your range, no refund is issued.
  • Missing or ignoring alerts does not qualify for a refund.
  • No refunds for incorrect DVSA login, wrong centre/range, change of mind, or failing the test.
  • Refund requests must be sent from the same email used at checkout.
  • Refunds processed in 1–3 business days.
