DriveTest Alert is an independent service and is not affiliated with DVSA or any UK government agency. We monitor publicly available appointment availability and notify users when earlier driving test slots appear.

3. Service Description

DriveTest Alert monitors DVSA appointment availability and sends email alerts when earlier driving test slots appear within the user’s selected test centre and date range.

4. No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that earlier dates will appear, as this depends entirely on DVSA availability and other learners cancelling or rescheduling their tests.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate and complete information during checkout
  • Ensuring the selected test centre and date range are correct
  • Booking the test themselves through the official DVSA website

6. Payments

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. DriveTest Alert does not store any card details.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • No earlier driving test becomes available within the exact date range selected by the user.
  • Refund requests must be submitted only after the selected date range has ended.
  • If at least one earlier alert within the selected range has been sent, the service is considered delivered and no refund will be provided.
  • Missing, ignoring, or failing to book an alerted slot does not qualify for a refund.
  • Refund requests must be sent from the same email used at checkout.
  • No refunds will be provided for:
    • Choosing the wrong test centre or date range
    • Changing your mind after purchase
    • Failing your driving test and needing another date

Important: Our fee covers the monitoring process itself, not the outcome. Once monitoring has begun, the service is considered started.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse, reverse-engineer, scrape our website, or disrupt our service.

9. Liability

DriveTest Alert is not responsible for DVSA outages, booking issues, technical errors, or any consequences arising from the DVSA system or third-party services.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service signifies acceptance of the latest version published on this page.
